PSYKE

Psyke is a music producer and touring DJ who is originally from Hong Kong. His career was mainly based in USA, China and Holland in recent years. The first time that Psyke witnessed the beauty of Electronic Dance Music was when Zedd, as a guest artist, hyped up the whole crowd with his powerful set at a Lady GaGa concert in 2009. He fell in love with it ever since. For 8 years, he studied the essence of Electronic Music and the theories behind it. Remixes, mashups and music productions were some of the things that he was particularly interested in. After years of learning and exploring, he was able to incorporate the musical elements into the music that he likes best: catchy melody line, powerful drops, well-executed synth work, smooth transitions and harmonising musical layers.

Psyke’s areas of expertise include Future Bass, Electro House, Progressive House and Big Room House. His sets were mainly based on these types of the music. Psyke is also an exceptional live performer and he had experience performing at cities in Chicago, cities like Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shanghai in China, as well as the world’s Electronic Music hometown – Holland. The reason for that is he understands the crowd well, as he knows how to control the flow of his music by manipulating the ups and downs. His music can be explosive or melodic as needed.

Psyke is not only a Disk Jockey, but also a producer. His original tracks were also released on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music & Google Play and more platforms. His music were favored by many EDM audience.

Psyke is currently under The Young Ones agency and working tightly with Beatz Entertainment Asia and artists from major labels such as Schella from Spinnin Record. He also supported many big acts such as Herobust, Sonny Digital, Aazar, Snails and Crankdat. His latest remix of Lauv’s I Like Me Better was featured on Top Trending on YOUREDM, The Artist Union, and TOPDJ.net, his remix of The Chainsmokers’s Closer was supported by the artist themselves on Instagram, reaching nearly 15,000 plays on Soundcloud and over 13,000 followers on Instagram, as well as over 30,000 downloads on his mashups until October 2016.
